Biscuits Roses Champagne Biscuits by FossierBiscuits Roses by Fossier have been made according to the same recipe in Reims, France since the 17th century. Reims is in the Champagne region, therefore, these biscuits are sometimes known as Champagne biscuits. They are made of crunchy yet airy wafer-like biscuits. They are then dusted with powdered sugar for just a touch of sweetness. Traditionally, they accompany a glass of Champagne, but they are also wonderful with other wine selections, either before or after a meal as well as with coffee or tea. Fossier has recently created this mini version of the original biscuits which is just the right size for one quick bite. (Now they are even more addictive!) Each box of mini Biscuits Roses contains 40 pieces. It is 110g or 3.9oz.
