All three are from the A L'Olivier Line of French Gourmet products. A L'Olivier began in 1822 in Paris and continues to be a leading proponent of the Mediterranean way of life. Three of the main ingredients of the Mediterranean diet are Extra Virgin Olive Oil, fresh herbs, and fresh fruit and vegetables. Here we present all three.

We begin with A L'Olivier Basil Olive Oil. Here they have added fresh basil to olive oil to provide an excellent seasoning for salad with cheese, in pasta, or with fish.

Next, we have A L'Olivier Herbs de Provence Oil. A L'Olivier have combined within an olive oil the finest aromatic herbs that nature has to offer in Provence: thyme, rosemary, basil and tarragon. The combination of their aromas produces a fresh and distinctive oil that can be used to flavor a wide variety of preparations superbly: grilled food, fish, and also vegetables.

Lastly, we offer A L'Olivier Sundried Tomato Oil. Olive Oil infused with the natural extract of Sicilian Sundried Tomatoes with its delicate flavor of dried fruit is versatile and appropriate for any number of gourmet uses. While it works well with meat and fish marinades, it is also excellent on pastas dishes, either on its own, or in combination with basic tomato sauces.
